These weapons don’t quite fit into the standard categories and often come with quirky shapes, special properties, or uncommon fighting styles. They’re fun to experiment with and can catch opponents off-guard. You’ll need a unique recipe book to begin crafting them.
A small, curved blade used for slashing. It deals slashing damage and is often associated with harvest tools. It’s light and simple, making it easy to use but not very powerful. Ideal for flavor or backup.
Sickle
Melee weapon (simple, sickle)
Light. A light weapon is small and easy to handle, making it ideal for use when fighting with two weapons.

A very long polearm with a sharp tip, meant for thrusting. It deals piercing damage and requires two hands to use. Its reach makes it excellent for keeping enemies at bay or fighting in formation.
Pike
Melee weapon (martial, pike)
Heavy. Small creatures have disadvantage on attack rolls with heavy weapons. A heavy weapon’s size and bulk make it too large for a Small creature to use effectively.
Reach. This weapon adds 5 feet to your reach when you attack with it, as well as when determining your reach for opportunity attacks with it.
Two-Handed. This weapon requires two hands when you attack with it.

Finesse. When making an attack with a finesse weapon, you use your choice of your Strength or Dexterity modifier for the attack and damage rolls. You must use the same modifier for both rolls.
Light. A light weapon is small and easy to handle, making it ideal for use when fighting with two weapons.
