1st Level Spells

The first true step into magic. 1st-level spells are the foundation of a caster’s power and often define a character’s early identity. From basic healing and elemental blasts to utility effects like disguise or detection, these spells are versatile and widely used throughout a character’s journey.

To maintain accuracy and consistency with spellcasting rules, components should be as precise as possible. For spells where components are not consumed upon casting, carrying the appropriate gems or materials is generally considered sufficient for DM approval. Direct any specific questions or edge cases to the DM Team for review.

Spells with a singular component, such as Revivify, are not required to have the Revivify Materials, so long as you have the ingredients to match. This way you can mix and match the value of the ingredients to your hearts content.
