These pets and mounts can only be acquired from the vote shop or using a Pet/Mount book gained through Holiday events. Another thing to note with these pet/mounts is they do not evolve into a larger version. The vote shop is also the only place you can acquire additional skins for your mount.
Mounts with the *Skin* Label require you to purchase the primary mount first before being able to get the Skin version. Ex: Unicorn Skin requires the Spartan Horse mount.
